PanettOlio is prepared with natural sourdough, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil, sultanas and natural ingredients of the highest quality, without any use of preservatives or synthetic flavors. In this sweet artisanal delicacy, pastry art and olive oil tradition meet perfectly, giving life to a delicious reinterpretation of the Christmas panettone that aims to satisfy not only the palate but also the search for a healthier diet.
Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, natural sourdough, cold-extracted EVO, sultanas (raisins, sunflower seed oil), egg yolk, water, sugar, whole milk powder, milk, fructose, fresh animal cream, cocoa butter, honey, salt, vanilla.
