In the end, our counter-current choice of explanting a vineyard in the DOC Soave and Valpolicella area to plant an olive grove is proving to be a winning choice!
It was 2012 when we made this important decision by choosing to surround our olive oil mill with a “green lung” of 950 olive trees. Each variety and their location has been chosen with meticulous care.
Now after only a few harvests, we have decided to let this “baby oil” participate in the first competitions reserved for adults oils… well, our “child” at the first opportunity has earned the 2 leaves of the Gambero Rosso and it is now chosen by important chefs and restaurateurs, especially with fish cuisine, for its elegance and finesse. A great light fruity (endangered category) that has sold out quickly.
