P.D.O. Veneto Valpolicella is a multi-awarded olive oil, renowned in the biggest and most important Italian and international olive oil competitions such as Flos Olei.
It represents the flagship of Frantoio Bonamini. A light fruity olive oil, very elegant and smooth, dedicated to those delicate palates looking for an everyday condiment without giving up to taste and quality.

Variety: Favarol and Grignano
Olives production area: D.O.P. Valpolicella in the Verona province
Production period: end of October
Pressing method: cold extraction with a continuous press
Acidity: max 0,2%
Colour: gold-yellow with greenish shades
Taste: finely fruity, sweet and delicate
Cooking advice: use raw on light boiled or grilled fish, on white meats, fresh cheeses and white pasta sauces
