Types of grapes: Garganega e Chardonnay
Winemaking: Roller crushing, short enzymatic maceration and separation of first-pressing juice to encourage extraction of the fragrances and of the high-quality gentle tannins. Static clarification, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts at around 18-21 °C.
Fermentation and ageing: in stainless steel tanks
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish highlights
Bouquet: floral, vinous and typical
Flavour: dry, well-balanced and mellow
Serving suggestions: Hors d’oeuvres and pasta dishes; shellfish and fish; white or boiled meats; an excellent aperitif with savoury snacks and olives.
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C
